☄️Launch your first card with a template

Start your journey by launching your first card using a pre-designed template.



Intro

  1. Once you have successfully logged in, proceed to the menu located on the left-hand side.
  2. Click on the Cards icon from the list of modules. You will gain access to the Cards module by taking this action.
  3. You can choose to create a card by either selecting from a wide range of preloaded templates or by designing one from scratch. We will create a card using a Template to show how to launch it easily and quickly. Then you can customize the card as you want before activation of a card. Simply click the Template button.
  4. This initiates the card creation workflow from the Template. A card is created by filling in the details in 5 sections that include Card Type, Settings, Design, Information, and Save and preview.
  5. To get started quickly, we will only focus on the Card type, Card expiration date, Issuing form details and Loyalty program terms. In the upcoming tutorial, we will conduct a walkthrough of the card creation process from the beginning to gain a comprehensive understanding of how each section operates.
  6. Let's create a Stamp Card for ATV rentals. Simply locate and click the card option for ATV rentals.

Card Type

  1. This is the Card Type section. Here, you can choose the type of card you would like to create.
  2. Select the Stamp card type from the list of available options.
  3. After making your selection, simply click on the Continue button. Consequently, you will be directed to the Settings section.

Settings

  1. The Card expiration date of all card types can be either Unlimited, Fixed term, or Fixed term after card issuance. Choose the Unlimited expiration date for the stamp card by selecting one of the radio buttons under the heading Card Expiration Date.
  2. In the next Location field, we have the option to select the locations that will be associated with this card. If you follow the Locations interactive guide, you will already have access to at least one or multiple locations to choose from.
  3. The upcoming section is the Card Issuing Form. Here, you can specify the necessary fields that your customers need to complete in order to sign up and begin using your promotion. Click on the Add field option to add an extra field if necessary.
  4. Use the Field Type dropdown to select the type of field you are willing to add. In this specific scenario, we choose Email from a drop-down list.
  5. Enter the name of the field in the Field Name text field.
  6. In case you want to make a field unique, enable the Unique toggle.
  7. Disable it if you need to make field Required.
  8. If you want to make a field mandatory, enable the Required toggle.
  9. In case you want to remove a field, click the Delete (X) button.

Loyalty program terms

Loyalty program terms are unique to each Card type, and certain fields cannot be modified once the card has been activated. Let's click in the top right corner of the screen now Save & Preview button to save a draft.

Save & Preview

  1. As the Save & Preview button is clicked, the Preview popup is displayed.
  2. From here, you can scan the QR code of the card.
  3. You can copy the card's link for different purposes, like using it in ads or adding it to webpage elements such as buttons or links. Simply click the Copy link button. The QR code and Copy link are the same, even if you decide to convert the Coupon to another card after the first customer purchase.
  4. After customizing your card, click the Activate card button to activate it. Once your card is activated, please note that you will not be able to edit certain card settings. These include the Card type, Expiration date, Issuing form details, and Loyalty program terms. The Loyalty program terms are unique to each Card type, and certain fields cannot be modified once the card has been activated. 

Tips & Tricks:

To review the fields that will be blocked prior to activating the card, create a card duplicate for exploration purposes.
